Snag a Stool Net Worth 2022

Snag a Stool is a bar stool reservation app which allows users to book seats in their favorite bars before the doors open. Basically, it’s a VIP ticket to sold out events. Users can get a nice seat and even enjoy half off appetizers. It’s a great way to beat the crowds, especially if you live in a big city.

The Snag a Stool app was a cult hit in Boston and the surrounding suburbs, but the company was unable to sustain its growth and shut down in 2016. While it may not have made a lot of money, the business did manage to spawn a couple of spin off companies. One of those spin offs is BaggaBox, a cinch locking bag that prevents package theft. Currently, the company is on a crowdfunding campaign.

The Snag a Stool company actually had a lot of competition, including OpenTable, which offered a similar service. Interestingly enough, the company only had three establishments to showcase its product.

There’s also Ring, which was acquired by Amazon in 2018. Even though Ring is a far more popular app, the Snag a Stool app is still available for free on the Apple App Store. In fact, the Snag a Stool app reportedly generated some of its biggest sales in the first week of launch.

Lastly, there is the Snag a Stool company which started out as a bar reservation application. The app was a hit with a few select bars in the Boston area. However, the company was only profitable if the bartenders were having fun at the game. Aside from the app’s flaws, the company was also a target of Sharks in the past. This is where the Snag a Stool adolescent’s business plan came in handy.

Although the Snag a Stool was the most notable of the shark-approved products and services, there were many competitors that snuck in on the underbelly. For instance, DoorBots was another big hitter in the same industry. Not to mention Spikeball, which was pitched by Chris Ruder.

Snag a Stool may not have won the award for the best bar reservations app, but its other half will undoubtedly be the next best thing. And while it’s unlikely that the company is looking to buy the Sharks, it’s certainly a company which has potential to grow nationwide. They will definitely need a partner with the foresight and gumption to do so. Of course, the Snag a Stool app has already made a deal with Lyft, which offers users a $50 credit toward a ride.

Hopefully, the Snag a Stool company will find the luck of the Irish in the coming years. If it does, we’ll probably see the app making an appearance on the next season of Shark Tank. As a matter of fact, we have some Sharks in mind. Some of them are worth following, like Kevin O’Leary and Dean Whitney. We’ll be sure to let you know when we hear news.
